Also, as with any major email provider, there are spam and junk mail blockers. You can actually type in specific words to be blocked.

My life has not been the same since I changed. Get in excess of 3000 spams a month. I see less than 10 of those in my inbox and quickly mark them as spam.
All other spam filters I've tried hasn't come near this number. Of course there is also the activation filters where who ever sends you a mail need to go through a verification process. This will eliminate all spam but at the same time it will stop you from signing up to services such as this one as the activation mail from here will not be validated.
