WTF election and liquor ban
So I'm currently here in Manila in the Philippines and yesterday it was the local Barangay) not sure how you spell it) elections, anyhow I was out doing my groceries when I stumbled across a sign that said strict liquor ban due to elections. I was like WTF so now I can't buy beers because of an election? Are they afraid the locals will get pissed on alcohol and vote on the wrong person or something? This is probably one of the most retarded things I've ever witnessed.
